Loverly is owned and operated by Ellen McBride and Kim Nelson. Bestest of pals, we share our love of vintage stuff and a passion for creating wonderfully unique goods. And because we know there are many more out there just like us, we're sharing our cool finds and makings for other artists to enjoy.

Payment

• PayPal is our preferred method of payment.
* We also accept e-checks, money orders, and personal checks.
* We will ship your item within 2 days of receiving your payment and/or clearing your check.
• 5% sales tax will be charged to Virginia residents.
• Non-payment & non-contact after 24 hours may be considered forfeiture of any one of a kind items you have purchased. Please make sure you have completed the purchase process & submitted payment before leaving your Etsy shopping cart.

Shipping

• Please make sure the address you use for PayPal checkout is the address your item should be shipped to. (I will print the USPS mailing label using the PayPal info.)
• Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
• Non-custom orders are shipped within 2 days of receiving payment (please note that orders received Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday).
• Domestic orders typically take 2-3 days to be delivered after shipment.
• International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Additional policies and FAQs

In order to keep mailing expenses to a minimum, we ship all items mailed First Class in a well-padded envelope and those sent Priority in a mailing box.

For purchases intended to be a gift, we will gladly mail them in a box tied with a beautiful ribbon and enclose a message from you, if you so desire. Just give us the specifics in the Comments section when you check out.
